The company sent us the wrong device before our flight.We discovered it was the wrong device without the correct number of batteries the afternoon before our flight.

They could NOT get us the correct device/batteries in time. They canceled our flight - we had to delay our trip by a day!!!! We lost money on the condo, the rental car, the airport parking and the animal boarding. Worse than that, if we hadn't discovered that mistake, we would have run out of battery life mid-flight over water.

Our little girl would have had a medical emergency over the ocean with no way to turn around or go forward. She is O2 dependent in flight. They have yet to answer our calls, letters and emails.

The only time they answered was when a rep said they are thinking of giving us free oxygen for our next flight.Our daughter is so sick, we won't be flying again (nor could we afford another trip.) they are ignoring us.
